Badge Collection for all Delegates
All participants will be required to have pre-registered and obtain Identification Badges prior to the opening of the conference. The venue of registration will be at the Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa Hotel.
For security reasons, Identification Badges should be worn by all participants, at all times, during the conference.
Badge Collection & Registration will begin on 11th February from 13.00pm and will run throughout the 12th February
WiFi will be available at the venue of the conference. Technical support for presentations must be arranged in advance onsite with the IC Events Team.
Catering facilities will be available for refreshments and meals at the Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa Hotel.
Medical Emergency (Outside the Venue)
If you require emergency medical assistance during your trip, dial 911 and ask for an ambulance. You should contact your insurance/medical assistance company promptly if you are referred to a medical facility for treatment.
